NOTE: This place has been having great reviews!  We haven’t made it in, but will update when we do.  They do both eat-in and take-out sea food.

Simply Steamed a brand-new gourmet eatery located in Sandbridge, Virginia Beach, Va. Recognizing the lack of table space at restaurants for the large groups that rent big beach houses, the owners decided that easy-to-prepare steamer pots were the solution to this problem. Without leaving Sandbridge, the customer can choose from a wide array of gourmet, family-style seafood meals to feed the whole crew!

Markets

There is a market on Sandbridge Road between Sandfiddler and Sandpiper (at the stoplight).

This market has all the basics including beer, wine, and fishing tackle.  It is pricier than the grocery stores away from the beach, but good for grabbing the missed essentials in a much shorter drive.

Farm Markets

There are two farm markets nearby.  Leaving the beach, you will see a small farm market on the left that also sells sea food.  Further up the road is a large farm stand on the right where you can find fresh, local produce.
